We had been by United RV several times before stopping in to look. After several times looking (a couple of years) we were ready to purchase. The sales staff were not pushy and allowed us to view all of the inventory available. We narrowed our choices to the 325P13 (fifth wheel) and 25P12 (pull behind). After considering the weight of the Motorcycle we would be storing in the garage, the 325P13 was the better choice. United RV even provided and had installed the 5th wheel hitch in my truck (for a very reasonable cost). The entire staff made our purchase very pleasant - from the sales team to the service and prep team (the walk through and orientation). We highly recommend United RV for your next purchase. I purchased my travel trailer 14 months and my wife and love it. But recently we had an small issue with it and the factory warranty had expired. I contacted Ken Vance to discuss my problem I was having which would not be a cheap repair. Ken immediately contacted the manufacturer and discussed with them the issue with my camper. And within couple days with the great help of Ken And his team. He arranged to not only have my camper repaired by the manufacturer but arrange it to fit into my schedule. I have experienced the good and bad customer service in my life. But I can honestly say this is what I call going above and beyond to call of providing one of the best after the sale customer service I have ever received and witnessed. Eric and the whole team at United RV Centers made us feel at ease with the whole purchase experience. We had researched and knew what we wanted, including colors. They did not have it in stock so ordered one from the factory - at a great price.
Upon delivery we had some weather issues that prevented us from taking actual delivery when we planned. Eric was very accommodating and helped us out. The whole team went above and beyond what we expected and made the overall experience very pleasant from start to finish.

We had a truly memorable experience purchasing our Aspen Trail travel trailer from United RV. We had been looking at RVs over a year but couldn't find what we wanted in the price range we were looking for. Eric, our sales person contacted us with an initial offer we could not resist. The price was about $5000 less than a previous offer we were given by a major RV company: on top of that, there were zero fees. Because the price was so good, we didn't even try and negotiate a lower price. Eric surprised us again when he gave us some great free upgrades to the RV we were purchasing. Super low price with a no hassle sales. When they say no additional fees, the mean it. Drove 700 miles to pick up my trailer and all the paperwork was ready for signatures. One of the easiest buying experiences I have ever had. Trailer was as described and they even threw in a little starter kit. Eric and the rest of team are top notch. - Steven
My wife and I have been searching for our 5th wheel travel trailer, well, let's say, for a very long time, and we found it at United RV Center. From the first phone call with Eric to picking up the trailer, Eric and Bill, United RV Center's owner, have been THE BEST to work with. Everyone in this company is honest, helpful and friendly. I drove from Colorado to Chatsworth to pick it up and found it to be well worth the trip. Scott and the maintenance and prep crews had completed all prep work and repaired everything I had brought to their attention. Of course nothing goes 100% smoothly; due to a mistake on my part the finance manager had to jump thru some hoops with my bank regarding the financing. Again, another example of the superb service United RV provided me, and I can only assume, provides to all their customers. When it comes time for to replace this trailer I will look to United RV first! - Gary
